What does Craft Modigi sell?
Craft Modigi sells practical digital products — guides, workbooks, and templates built to help creators plan, organize, and publish more consistently. Every product on the site is a real, purchasable item — browse the current catalog on the Shop page.
Are these physical products?
No. Everything sold here is delivered digitally — nothing is printed or shipped.
How do I receive my purchase?
You check out securely through Whop. Once your payment is verified, your file downloads automatically on the confirmation page — no extra steps.
Where do I access previous purchases?
Open My Products from the account icon in the header and sign in with the same Whop account or email you used to purchase. Every eligible purchase can be downloaded again from there.
Which software or accounts do I need?
You need a Whop account — one is created automatically during checkout if you don’t already have one — and whatever reader or app your specific product requires (for example, a PDF reader for ebook and workbook products). Check the "Format & Requirements" section on each product page for specifics.
Can products be edited?
It depends on the specific product and file format. Check the product page for what’s actually included, and see the License page for what you’re allowed to do with it.
Can products be redistributed or resold?
No. Craft Modigi products are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing, or sublicensing a purchased product isn’t permitted — see the full License page for details.
What if my download or purchase doesn’t appear?
First check My Products while signed in with the same email you used at checkout. If your payment succeeded but you still don’t see access, contact support with your product name and the email used to purchase.
What is the refund policy?
