Where is my purchase?

Every completed purchase appears on My Products, accessible from the account icon in the header.

How do I use My Products?

Sign in with the same Whop account or email you used at checkout. My Products lists everything you own with a Download Again button for each.

How do I re-download something I already bought?

Go to My Products and select Download Again on the product. This re-verifies your purchase and issues a fresh, secure download — you never need the original checkout email or receipt again.

My purchase isn’t showing up

Make sure you’re signed in with the same account or email you used at checkout. If it still doesn’t appear after a successful payment, contact support with your product name and purchase email.

How do I download the file?

Your PDF downloads automatically right after checkout. You can also get it again anytime from My Products.

How do I open the PDF?

Any standard PDF reader works — your browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, or your phone’s built-in PDF viewer.

Can I use it on mobile?

Yes. PDF and workbook products open fine on phones and tablets in any PDF app, though larger workbooks are easier to fill out on a bigger screen.

The file won’t open or looks broken

Try re-downloading from My Products first — a partial download is the most common cause. If it still doesn’t open, contact support with the product name.

How do I use a Canva template?

Open the template link from your product, then use "Make a copy" in Canva to add it to your own account before editing.

Do I need a paid Canva account?

It depends on the template — check the product page’s Format & Requirements section for whether Canva Pro elements are used.

How do I add a Notion template to my workspace?

Open the duplication link included with your product and select "Duplicate" into your own Notion workspace.

Do I need a Notion account?

Yes — a free Notion account is enough to use most templates.

I’m having trouble at checkout

Double-check your card details and try again. If the embedded checkout won’t load, refresh the page — your card is never charged until checkout completes.

My bank sent me to a verification page (3D Secure)

That’s normal for some cards and banks. Complete the verification and you’ll be brought back to Craft Modigi automatically to finish.

My payment completed but I don’t have access

This is rare — check My Products first. If access is still missing after a successful charge, contact support with your product name and purchase email so it can be resolved directly.
