Craft Modigi products are digital and delivered instantly after a verified purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of the purchase and the terms of the payment platform used to process it — see Whop's Terms of Service for how payments and disputes are handled at the platform level.

If you paid but didn't receive access, or a file didn't download correctly, that's usually resolved directly — check My Products first, then contact support with your product name and the email used to purchase.
